User rates are the primary revenue source for small wastewater utilities and small systems must find the correct balance serving the needs of their community and providing cost-effective service.

The objectives of this training include:
>> Learning how to conduct a rate analysis.
>> Analyzing budgets and operational costs.
>> Reviewing affordability metrics.

Lunch is on your own from 12pm-1pm. There are nearby food options. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch to the training location.
